Registration is closed. Final policy and waiver documents are not yet published, and no consent is being collected.
Medical & emergency consent
Families will provide emergency contacts, relevant medical and allergy information, and review the final emergency authorization.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation deadlines, refund terms and camp cancellation procedures will be published before bookings are accepted.
Weather & safety
Final procedures for heat, air quality, rain and lightning, along with how families receive updates, will be shared before camp.
Privacy & registration information
The registration process will explain how player and guardian details are used, who can access them, and how to contact us with a privacy request. No registration data is collected while registration is closed.
Photography & media
A separate optional media consent choice will be provided during registration. It will not be preselected or bundled into required participation consent.
